The Fulbright Program is financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the US Department of State, in accordance with the agreement between the Italian government and the US Government, signed in Rome on Dec. 15, 1975, and ratified by Italian Law no. 292 on June 12, 1980.

Supporting a program of excellence and prestige such as the Fulbright Program is a great opportunity in terms of visibility and represents a concrete commitment to internationalization and the development of relations and mutual understanding between Italy and the United States. It is an effective way to contribute to specific areas of knowledge and collaborative research in the humanities, science, social sciences and the arts, thereby fostering understanding and relations between Italy and the United States.

If you are interested in supporting the Fulbright Program, you can help finance scholarships or participate in existing partnership projects already in place with universities, with private individuals and with organizations in the public and private sectors.
